Your profile:

• Senior Caregiver (m/w/d), Senior Caregiver (m/w/d)
• They already bring relevant professional experience in outpatient care and master the treating and primary care processes routined
• You have very good German knowledge in word and writing for precise care documentation as well as a valid driving permit of class B
• A high level of empathy, helpfulness, reliability and professional attitude draw your daily work

Your tasks:

• Behandlungspflege & Medikation: As a care specialist (m/w/d), put together weekly medication plans, administer medicines professionally, use subcutaneous injections (e.g. insulin) and monitor infusions reliably
• Vital sign control: They carry out regular vital signs controls, including the measurement of blood pressure, pulse, blood sugar and body temperature
• Basic Care & Mobilisation: They support people in need of care sensitively when washing, showering, dental care, dressing and dressing, as well as eating, standing up, walking or relocation.
• Pflegedocumentation: They shall ensure the complete and proper collection of all care measures provided and health changes.
