Workforce Manager / Daily Controller (m/w/d)

We are looking for you at the next possible time as a cross-site workforce manager / day taxer (m/w/d) contribution center in short and long-term control for our four contributors. Your firm work location is either our center in Frankfurt, Berlin, Hanover or Cologne. Your trained look for key figures and their interactions helps you to analyse our in- and outbound channels in the daily control and to optimally occupy them in a given frame. Based on forecasts, you can also create the personnel deployment and holiday planning for our employees. In real time, you control the employed specialist (m/w/d) and thus ensure the best possible accessibility and a high service level. You create and control the targeted personnel deployment as well as holiday planning of our expertise at the locations Frankfurt, Berlin, Hannover or Cologne. At the same time, you are constantly looking at real-time statistics to initiate appropriate emergency measures. Always keep in mind the accessibility of the in- and outbound distance channels (especially telephony and e-mail). They create and use meaningful performance indicators (e.g. day views) for process optimization and development of forecasts. As a technical interface, you can support our corporate headquarters in the central strategic and operational forecast planning. In regular formats you bring valuable impulses and contribute to the continuous development of the task area. As a communicative Sparring partner (m/w/d), you work closely with the center lines and the respective group leaders.
