As a company based in Bremen, we have been dealing with the technical and construction management of residential and commercial real estate for over 45 years. We are mainly responsible for objects belonging to the business group in Bremen and Hamburg with about 400 rental units.

We are looking for one/-n at the next time:

(m/w/d) in full time (40 h)

Your tasks in focus:

• Support and supervision of the technical building infrastructure and the associated community and public areas
• Implementation of repair and repair work
• Offer checks, assignments and coordination of works
• Monitoring, testing and acceptance of construction and maintenance work
• Contact person for rent questions and technical problems
• Documentation of internal and external services and processes
• Invoicing and document verification
• Standby service

Our requirements for you:

• A craft or technical training with professional experience in sanitary, heating and air conditioning

• Powerfulness and professional competence (e.g. subject-matter examinations)

• Handicraft skill and experience with technical devices

• Self-employed and concentrated work

• Good knowledge of German in word and writing

• Friendly, safe occurrence

• Teamability and physical loadability

• Class B driving licence
