Portfolio Manager Real Estate - 190/2026 (m/f/d)

You take over the central responsibility for our real estate portfolio and as owner representatives, actively shape the strategic orientation and further development of our portfolio. This means: You implement our real estate strategy at portfolio level in coordination with policy-makers and bodies. You develop and define strategies for individual real estate objects. You create and optimize analyses and reports to manage our real estate projects in a sound manner. You keep an overview of our real estate stock and control it so that it remains economically successful. You are active and responsible for the further development and quality assurance of our data management in the real estate sector. You are the central spokesperson for the Senator for Finance in real estate matters. You develop property principles, guidelines and standards and continually optimize them.

Required: You have a successfully completed academic degree (Master or University Diploma) in the field of real estate management, business management, urban development, geography or another field with an immovable relationship. You bring many years of professional experience in the real estate industry. Their knowledge of German according to at least level C1 according to the common European reference framework (GER).

Advantage: You ideally have first professional experience in real estate portfolio management. You have already been able to gain professional experience in public administration or in comparable public institutions. You are characterized by a pronounced communication and team capacity as well as organisational strength and self-initiative. You think and act strategically, targeted and like to take responsibility. You can convince others well from your visions and achieve sustainable solutions through negotiations. You have good analytical and conceptual thinking.

At the next possible time, the body must be filled in full time with 39 hours per week. Payment is made by 13 TVöD VKA. The job is suitable for a part-time occupation.
