Senior Consultant (m/w/d) Full or part-time (min. 25 hours/day), unlimited your tasks:

• They support our residents in their way of life and promote their individual needs in the sense of comprehensive participation.
• They assist in basic nursing activities or take them as deputy if necessary.
• They work closely with references, professionals and external institutions.
• They accompany our residents in all areas of life, e.g. leisure, household management or body hygiene.
• You organize and accompany excursions, holiday breaks and activities in the social area.
• You will receive and develop participation and participation processes.
• You create documentation, write social and progress reports and continue to write the "individual assistance planning" (IHP).
• They contribute to the further development of our offers in order to enable the greatest possible participation.
• They participate in meetings, commissions and training.

Your profile:

• They have completed training as health care and nursing caregivers, elderly caregivers, educators or nurses (m/w/d).
• You have pleasure in working with people with mental and physical impairment.
• You can work both in the team and independently and plan your action well.
• They appear value-estimating and empathically to residents, relatives, colleagues and external service providers.
• They bring good team, coordination and cooperation skills.
• They show commitment, sense of responsibility and social competence.
• They have good self-organization, are flexible and mobile and bring empathy.
• They are ready to work in shift and weekend service as well as in night readiness.
