IT Operations Engineer (m/w/d)

We deliver the weekly purchase within 120 minutes to our customers. Together with over 20,000 colleagues, we are creating a new industry. Since our founding in 2016, we are now represented as an emergency supply service for beverages and food in almost all of Germany's metropolitan regions. Since 2020, the bottle mail is part of the Oetker Group.

In order to fulfill our mission, we are looking for an IT Operations Engineer (m/w/d) with passion and result orientation for our IT area at the next possible time. Together with our IT-Operation Team, you work with a targeted and agile mindset on projects to improve our network infrastructure as well as Hands-on on typical tasks associated with our systems and platforms.

IT Operations Engineer (m/w/d)

The planning, implementation and optimization of the network architecture in the cloud (Azure) fall into your task area

You focus on pragmatic solutions and help maintain and expand the high reliability and performance of our core systems

Of course, you are looking at topics such as stability, performance, security and data and systems recoverability

You place value on a high degree of automation, like to deal with cloud topics and promote the self-service and collaboration culture of the bottle mail

Management and cooperation in (transformation) projects also belong to your task

Manage and solve company-critical incidents of our productive systems and support us in the changing call readiness service

The following qualifications are merely an orientation. Do you recognize yourself in the points or do you want to work on them? We are also happy to give cross-editors: the opportunity to get in with us with IT enthusiasm and motivation! You have several years of experience with productive systems in the cloud and on-premises

You have knowledge of network topics, know yourself with Microsoft Azure and virtualization solutions, and you'd like to have first knowledge in ISMS, SIEM or EDR

You are safe to use platforms and technologies like Office 365, MS Teams, Jira and Confluence

You work structured and have the ability to develop solutions independently and in cooperation with different teams

You have good English skills and can safely express complex facts in English
