• They support insurers in technical issues and problems
• You answer calls and emails to customer requests
• You send TANs and registration codes
• You check the identity of the insured person
• They help the insured persons in registration and general technical service
• Non-detachable and technical problems, forward

Take this with you:

• High level of customer orientation and quality awareness
• Completed commercial training or first experience in customer service
• Flowing German knowledge in word and writing
• Good knowledge of English
• Secure handling of MS Office
• Customer-oriented operation
