That's what you bring • Handcrafted or technical vocational training or a comparable qualification • Ideally experience in technical building operation, facility management or a comparable activity • Handcrafted skills and technical understanding • Self-employed, structured and solution-oriented working • Safe handling of the common Microsoft Office applications • Class B driving licence • High readiness to travel with regular multi-day service travel • Friendly and safe occurrence and pleasure to use different contact persons

• Desirable: Qualification as an electrician for defined activities or the willingness to acquire them as part of a further education. As a home technician, you will be responsible for a firm part of our nationwide site network. Your field of application is mainly located in southern and central Germany. Occasional operations at other locations within Germany are also part of your activity. You are the first specialist in technical issues on site and, together with internal and external partners, will ensure the smooth operation of our health centres. In detail, this means:

• Conducting regular technical object visits • Conducting small repair, maintenance and repair work • Coordination, monitoring and control of external crafts and maintenance companies • Support for smaller conversion, modernization and renovation measures • Control of technical equipment and support for the organisation of statutory audits • Processing of technical disruptions and introduction of appropriate measures • Documentation of the work carried out and maintenance of technical object documents • Close cooperation with real estate management and contact persons Create a healthy working world with us!
