Our national HR Reporting, Projects & Systems team is looking for backup at Hamburg, Cologne or Stuttgart locations! As part of our six-member team, you have the chance to introduce your enthusiasm for data and analysis and to actively promote data-based decision-making in our company: HR Reports: You are responsible for creating comprehensive HR reports that serve as the basis for strategic decisions. Analytical thinker and team player: In close cooperation with your team, you gain data-based insights, promote your colleagues' analytical skills and strengthen the strategic role of the team in the company. Data enthusiast and technology afficionado: With your passion for data and technology, you support the implementation of new analysis tools. Your experimentation in codes leads to innovative HR solutions and supports data-driven decisions at the highest level. SAP SuccessFactors ecosystem: You contribute to the optimal management of the SAP SuccessFactors system and gain deep insights into our central HR system. With the Compensation module, you can support the management of the salary rounds and gain valuable insights into HR decision-making processes.

You have a degree with a focus on business, IT or a comparable area and ideally first experience in data analysis or in the HR field. You understand data-driven decision-making processes and are motivated to deepen your knowledge. Your ability to penetrate complex data combined with curiosity and your positive appearance makes you valuable for our team. Experiences with HR Analytics or SAP SuccessFactors are welcome, but no need – we support you in learning these skills.
