Technical spare parts management – Engineer or experienced technicians Engineering, Energy and building technology (HLK), Climate technology and the like (m⁠/⁠w⁠/⁠d)

Location Hechingen

Management and coordination of a small team of Spare Parts Specialists Management, production and maintenance of spare parts catalogues and related technical documentation Initiation and participation in strategic projects in the field of spare parts management, as well as support in run-out models Close cooperation with R&E, procurement and planning teams in product launches, product changes and in the search for alternative spare parts, if necessary Management of the entire life cycle and the data integrity of spare parts, including complete tracking and documentation from initial creation to end-of-life status Identification and implementation of process improvements to increase efficiency and service quality Analysis and optimization of existing processes with the aim of increasing efficiency and service quality. Ensure smooth cooperation with the overarching technical team.

Successfully completed studies in the field of mechanical engineering, climate engineering, energy and building technology (HLK), supply technology or supply chain management or a comparable qualification Multiannual professional experience in spare parts or technical service management, ideally in the heating or HVAC industry Representative leadership and team coordination competence Analytical thinking and structured approach to problem solving Proven project management skills and experience in cross-disciplinary cooperation Proactive, entrepreneurial thinking with focus on continuous improvement Secure handling of SAP R/3, MS Office, 3D design software and Adobe Acrobat High IT affinity and interest in digital tools (e-commerce, CRM, SAP transactions) German and English knowledge, Italian of advantage

Complete studies in mechanical engineering, climate engineering or supply chain management and a comparable qualification At least 5 years of professional experience in spare parts or technical service management, ideally in the heating or HVAC industry Representative leadership and team coordination competence Analytical thinking and structured approach to problem solving Proven project management skills and experience in cross-disciplinary cooperation Proactive, entrepreneurial thinking with focus on continuous improvement Secure handling of SAP R/3, MS Office, 3D design software and Adobe Acrobat High IT affinity and interest in digital tools (e-commerce, CRM, SAP transactions) German and English knowledge, Italian of advantage JOBV1_EN
