Legal Administrator Quality and Complaint Management (f|m|d)

The ADAC is always on the move and there to help - we cover the most diverse areas, such as insurance, travel and medical support, legal advice, digitalization, classical panning aid or air rescue. We're here. They provide legal recommendations on the content of institutional complaints such as the BaFin or the Ombudsman. Here you analyze the submitted inputs and feedback to identify potential improvements and initiate appropriate measures. Complaints from members, customers, lawyers and third parties on Plus/Premium membership and all insurance products of ADAC Insurance AG, ADAC Autoversicherung and ADAC Home are handled by you. They process qualified complaints related to damages involving complex, legal, legal or actual background or complaints that require complex research. You will also follow measures to improve the quality of insurance products and services. You will participate in working groups and projects and represent the interests and requirements of the members and the department and VQM.

You have a completed Master of Laws or Insurance or a comparable legal training (e.g. Diplomjurist w/m/d). They have already gained experience in the complaint or legal department of a (insurance) company or in the field of the product management of an insurance or association. Your personal skills include communication and enforcement strength, resilience and an independent way of working. In addition, you have a high level of social competence and team skills and see conflict talks as a challenge. They also have good analytical and conceptual thinking skills and presentation security.
