The Department of Occupational Offers: Migration, Labour & Insurance seeks a Jobcoach*in part-time in the field of employment promotion for the activation measure SorA (Social Spatial Activation) subject to the approval of 30.11.2026. The body is first terminated for 1 year. Our activation measures are aimed at people in civic money supply and aim to make an important contribution to stabilising, reducing mediation barriers and, in the best case, facilitating training or work. They are responsible for administrative and co-ordinative tasks to support the project process. They carry out individual systemic (job) coaching for people in the public money supply and also offer prospective advice. They support the clients: to identify and actively process their individual switching obstacles. Together with the client, they create profiles and implement accurate help plans (activation and integration plans). They strengthen the motivation and competencies of the participants and accompany them on their way to the training and labour market. They implement the project objectives in accordance with the performance description. They provide for a timely documentation, evaluation and work in accounting. They maintain a close network work and cooperate closely with the Jobcenter. Closed study in social work or social pedagogy or comparable qualification At least 1 year professional experience in activation and mediation activities experience in systemic advice is desirable professional, perspective and resource-oriented attitude in dealing with client:insides expressed social and intercultural competence to ensure value-assuring cooperation with people of different origin Very good communication and conflict-oriented ability to promote constructive solutions High team capacity and individual ability Our temporary project site offers you an attractive workplace in a large welfare association with diverse perspectives and connection possibilities in our numerous facilities. They work alone as well as in a multi-professional, intercultural team. Regular team meetings and case meetings ensure good incorporation and professional exchange.
