The trade association Holz und Metall (BGHM) is one of the largest providers of statutory accident insurance in Germany. We take insurance cover for around 5 million insured persons in more than 250,000 companies in both industries. Our aim is to help people who are endangered by working conditions or affected by accidents or occupational diseases. The field of judiciary advises on various legal issues. A focus is on the examination and design of contracts. In addition, consultation is one of our tasks, for example in copyright, company law and operational data protection. We are looking for you at the location Mainz to strengthen our area of judiciary of the Strategic Management Department within the Organisation Department.

Experts and executives on legal issues with the focus on data protection law advise (single requests, projects, award procedures, design of business processes) review and design, draft opinions and recommendations Design and convey the requirements of the GDPR in training and accompany data protection audits perform tasks as data protection coordinator in operational data protection Collaborate with the internal data protection officer and other contact persons in the Network Data Protection and Information Security

An unlimited contract of employment in full time, the possibility of parttime is generally given and is examined if appropriate applications are available.
