Monitoring and compliance of workflows under applicable law and ArbSchG Planning, coordination and control of employee use and optimisation of the structure and work organisation in the field of technology Monitoring and compliance with safety and accident prevention regulations, technical hygiene directives and fire safety regulations Takeover of smaller construction projects by agreement (e.g. room renovations) Contact person for technical questions and solutions at the site Participation in readiness Monitoring and verification of externally awarded services Cover maintenance and customer service activities Self-employed order intake, processing and feedback via a software-supported system

Electronics (w/m/d) with master/technical training or equivalent Ideally multi-year professional experience Knowledge in facility management, project work, fire protection are advantageous Very good MS Office knowledge Experience in employee management Economic, solution-oriented thinking and enforcement Teamplayer and organizational skills High level of loadability and ready-to-use
