Ensuring timely, complete and economical customer delivery Monitoring and control of customer orders including optimal capacity utilization and scheduling Early detection of capacity bottlenecks and introduction of appropriate measures in coordination with operation, disposition and distribution Control and optimisation of stocks taking into account availability, supply security and capital retention Analysis of processes and derivation of measures to improve delivery schedule and throughput times Maintenance and further development of MRP parameters, material master data and planning data (SAP) to ensure high data quality Close cooperation with internal interfaces (e.g. MRP, sales, production, work preparation, warehouse) to ensure a continuous flow of information and high delivery performance
