Takeover and responsibility of logistics services at the construction site Access control and disposal logistics Representation of the building logistics management during construction meetings Monitoring of delegated subtasks Monitoring Compliance with work safety at the construction site Examination of the contractually agreed services Monthly documentation and updating of services provided Documentation of work-day work-contracted services and extra-contractual benefits Control of personnel use and the quality of services provided by post-contractors Ensuring the qualitative implementation of logistics-relevant partial services at the construction site

Complete training at a state-recognized technician school or a comparable institution or an equivalent qualification acquired through comprehensive professional experience Professional experience in a comparable field of work desired Secure knowledge of the application of selected proprietary computer tools (e.g. i-two, Lotus Notes) and knowledge in Word and Excel Increased Result Responsibility and a High Level of Target Orientation A sense of responsibility, a customer-oriented and friendly appearance Teamability, flexibility, organisational skills and an independent and dedicated way of working complete your profile
