In direct coordination with the management, you will design the strategic development of the institution and will focus on the economic management. You are responsible for the overall commercial management as well as the strategic orientation of all central administrative areas and act as a central interface to management. Their operational tasks include the professional and disciplinary management of important departments such as staff, financial and accounting, general administration and performance accounting. With a strong level of communication, you control contract management and conduct and negotiate with the management, while, together with a multi-professional team, you ensure an efficient and service-oriented management structure.

A completed study of business management, economic law or a comparable qualification forms the basis of your technical expertise. Ideally, you have already gained experience in a commercial management function in the social economy or in a comparable complex environment. Their strong leadership skills are shown in the ability to develop, motivate teams and safely lead through change processes. You combine strategic thinking with a clear operational implementation strength and a high demand for quality and economy. Through your communication strength, decision-making and personal integrity, you act confidently in different contexts and at different levels of the organization.
