Are you burning for HR and the topics related to digital HR Transformation, HR Processes and Change Management? As an intern in the field of Digital HR & CHRO PMO, you support our young, dynamic team of HR experts and project managers for 4 to 6 months in the introduction of a global Skill Management Framework, as well as in the case of orders directly from our staff supervisor. We offer you the opportunity to get to know and actively shape various aspects of the digital HR Transformation and Management Board work at the TÜV Rheinland.

As an intern*in Skill Management & CHRO Support, you support the creation of a global concept for job and skills management as well as the establishment of appropriate governance. You take over the operational administration of the existing global job catalog as well as the establishment and maintenance of an initial Skill database. You get to know HR technologies and get an extensive insight into the tasks involved in managing large and small projects. You support the CHRO PMO in carrying out board projects and preparing appropriate presentations, research and reporting. Through the international nature of our organization, you will get to know a variety of stakeholders from over 45 countries and explore your English skills. Change management and communication is not an incidental activity for you, but a matter of heart. You are at the forefront with the preparation of workshops and appointments as well as the preparation of presentations. You are an integral part of our team and take over smaller tasks independently.

Advanced semester in the field of psychology, BWL, human resources management or similar fields of study Ideally first practical experience in HR, project and/or change management Secure application of common Microsoft tools (e.g. MS Teams, PPT & Excel) Team spirit, proactive operation and communication In addition to very good German knowledge, excellent English skills are also required for international coordination with the departments and global societies.
