Business/Fully Qualified Lawyer (m|f|d)

You advise our departments as well as the management as a competent business partner in all relevant legal issues – especially in contract, procurement and company law – and support the successful implementation of our energy storage projects. You accompany national and international contract negotiations, shape the legal framework and support sales, project management and purchasing as a savings partner in demanding business and project projects. You evaluate legal and commercial risks, develop pragmatic recommendations for action and meet legal decisions with a view to the corporate objectives and the requirements of a dynamic energy market. You support corporate law issues and support corporate law processes in a strong business environment. You advise on public tenders and procurement issues and support the successful participation in critical energy infrastructure projects. You continuously develop existing contract standards, processes and guidelines and create efficient, scalable structures for our growing project business. You follow relevant legal and regulatory developments in the energy industry and thereby guide recommendations for action for our company.

You have a successful degree in law (first or second state exams), economic law (e.g. LL.B. or LL.M.) or a comparable qualification. You have relevant professional experience in the examination, design and negotiation of contracts. You have profound knowledge of contract law and experience in the legal assessment of customer, delivery, framework and project contracts. Ideally, you will also bring knowledge in the right to award and/or company law. You communicate legal issues clearly, understandably and addressably – both to sales and specialist areas as well as to customers and external partners. You are convinced by a safe occurrence, negotiation skills and strong communication and consulting skills. You work independently, structured and with high precision, even in complex issues and a dynamic project business. You can communicate in English and German.
