Outsourcingmanager Finance und Controlling (m/w/d) Munich, mobile work possible Our area of outsourcing management is looking for support in the form of an outsourcing manager (m/w/d) that accompanies and monitors the outsourcing of finance and controlling, so that we can pursue our company-wide goal of allowing our customers more time for health despite the dynamics on the market.

As a professional outsourcing officer in accordance with MaRisk AT 9, you are responsible for the outsourcing contracts and the supervisoryly compliant management of service provider relationships in the area of finance and controlling. You ensure that service providers perform their tasks as agreed, and monitor contractual compliance through regular service reviews and quality assessments. You support central outsourcing management in finance and controlling across the entire service lifecycle and ensure compliance with all relevant requirements. Their tasks include the evaluation and risk analysis of service providers, the monitoring of contract performance and the initiation of appropriate measures in the event of discrepancies. You support contract creation, in particular by defining KPIs and financial agreements. You integrate risk-relevant aspects into risk management and monitor the service providers' emergency and BCM plans. Finally, you promote the implementation of supervisory requirements and the further development of service provider control.

A completed study or vocational training in a relevant area such as business, banks, finance or law forms the basis of your qualification. With at least 3 years of professional experience in finance and initial knowledge in money laundering law or RechKredV, you will bring valuable expertise. At least 2 years of experience in managing external service providers as well as sound knowledge in project work complete your profile. A pronounced affinity for documentation and process optimization as well as initial experience in contract law are also your strengths. You are able to assert claims against service providers and have the necessary technical qualification for evaluating outsourced services.
