On behalf of our customer, we are looking for a specialist nephrology m/w/d with option on medical guidance of nephrology and dialysis in the outpatient sector.

The centre carries out all dialysis procedures and takes over the surgical preparations for planned kidney transplants. A practice for internal medicine and diabetics is connected to the center.

Your tasks:

• Ensuring the best possible patient care
• Maintaining contacts with signatories and other cooperation partners in the region
• Optimization of processes and structures
• Co-responsibility for further development and quality assurance

Your profile:

• You are a specialist in internal medicine with the additional name Nephrologie (m/w/d)
• It would be advantageous if you have the additional name diabetics
• You already have well-founded professional experience in nephrology and dialysis
• Ideally you already have leadership experience
• High level of initiative, reliability, flexibility and readiness to use
• Impressed communication skills and enforcement
• Responsible and patient-oriented
• They support a cooperative leadership style
