You support the project teams in administrative and organizational tasks – from request to clean transfer You make sure that offers, orders and orders are processed completely, correctly and in time. You coordinate communication with customers, partners and suppliers – from questions about documents to appointment You follow open points and deadlines, prioritize to-dos and document everything clean and comprehensible You are actively introducing your ideas, questioning processes and shaping the continuous improvement of our back office processes

Training as an industrial businessman/wife, merchant/wife for office management or comparable Professional experience in back office, order processing, administration or project assistance Understanding technical interest and curiosity Safe handling of MS Office; ERP and CRM knowledge are a plus Structured, independent working and high quality standards Friendly, clear communication – internal and external Very good German in word and writing
