We are looking for you on 15.02.2026 or at the next possible date, initially limited to one year, as part of a full-time job as

for shared meals in our central kitchen in 58313 Herdecke. Working hours are between 05:00 – 21:00 (changeable) and spread on Monday – Friday.

Rebional sees itself as a bio-gastronome in communal use. We are a subsidiary of the joint hospital Herdecke, NRW.

What makes your job • As a team, we create daily food with fresh, regional and organic foods according to nutritional and diaetic aspects and thus meet the individual needs of our customers and guests. As a result, we supported the health of people and are a sign of healthy and enjoyable food. • You support the other kitchen staff in their work and keep your flexible use of different items for the reliable execution of tasks. • You help with the preparation and preparation of hot and cold dishes according to instructions and keep the hygiene requirements according to HACCP principles. • You communicate openly with people and have fun together in the team. • You live diversity and bring you a way of esteeming with all people.

What you bring with you • You have made your passion a profession, ideally have completed vocational training in the hospitality industry, for example as a specialist kitchen and professional experience. • You are thrilled with regional fresh and high-quality organic products. • As a cross-release, you have discovered your love of cooperation in the kitchen and have collected relevant professional experience in the gastronomy, communal meals or kitchen. • The compliance and implementation of hygiene rules and their documentation according to the HACCP principles is a practice that is lived for you. • You're having fun working in the team. • You love to communicate openly with people and have secure knowledge of the German language. • A well-maintained, courtesy appearance and good ways of handling distinguish you.
