You are characterized by:

• completed training in the IT field (e.g. as a specialist computer system integration or IT system electronics), alternatively professional experience in IT support or comparable qualifications
• good knowledge with Windows [for phone number see the original ad] operating system and Office 365 (OneDrive, SharePoint, Exchange Online and Teams) as well as MS Azure and MS Intune
• Hardware knowledge for desktop, notebook and periphery and possibly. Apple and Android devices
• familiar handling of ticket systems
• fluent knowledge of German and English
• Class B driving licence

In your new job as an Onsite IT technician - you:

• take over support and consulting tasks around the IT environment
• enters the 1st level and 2nd level IT support, performs hardware maintenance and optimizes and equips IT systems
• analyzes errors, eliminates disturbances and manages asset management as well as on and offboarding employees
• install operating systems (Mac OS, Windows, iOS and Android) and handle data backup, recovery and encryption
• initial documentation and assigns customers via different channels (email, telephone and remote)
