The Department of Construction of Vivantes Service GmbH is responsible for various construction, maintenance and modernization projects for the locations of the entire Vivantes network. As a central interface between internal departments, external planning offices and executive companies, you actively shape the structural infrastructure of one of the largest healthcare providers in Germany.

Organisation, planning and implementation of maintenance, refurbishment, new construction and rebuilding measures Coordination and control of internal and external project participants Implementation of tender procedures by VGV and VOB acceptance of planning and construction services and participation in official visits Auditing of settlements and time and cost monitoring

Completed studies in architecture, civil engineering or comparable construction-specific discipline knowledge in the process of construction projects from planning to realization and experience in construction projects, ideally in health care Good knowledge of VOB law, HOAI and relevant technical regulations Safe handling of MS Office applications Structured and analytical mode of operation and openness and communication strength Legally necessary evidence of immunization against measles
