Support in the operational day-to-day business of material processing Processing of requests Maintenance and documentation of customer and contract data in our systems Communication with customers and sales partners to processing booths Support for current topics such as migrations, residues and workarounds Acquisition of independent tasks after the incorporation Insight into modern, flexible working methods (including mobile work)

Current studies, ideally in technical, economic or comparable fields Good knowledge of German in word and writing Structured, reliable and independent operation Teamability and organisational and communication strength Safe handling of MS Office and interest in new systems Service orientation, empathy and joy in exchange with different contact persons:inside Openness for creative and innovative solutions as well as joy in dealing with pioneering technologies such as artificial intelligence or internal ChatGPT.
