You are a central contact person for our customers (proven from the Netherlands) on the phone, by email and for our social media channels Own-responsibility and in the event you process the diverse customer requests around our online shop, our branches and our products You ensure high customer satisfaction through high-quality solutions and information on the online and store purchasing process, orders, deliveries, returns, complaints and complaints, as well as debitoral topics and technical support For troubleshooting and process optimization, customer feedback is directed to other specialist departments You answer questions from our branch colleagues and are in close contact with them
