Tool mechanic (m/w/d)

• Repair and maintenance of tools and devices in compliance with the appropriate time and quality requirements

• cooperation in error analysis and implementation of corrective measures

• Implementation of preventive maintenance and inspections

• Correct input of BDE and SAP entries

• Information transfer to secondary layers and CL (layer transfer)

• Introduction

• Work with performance indicators (KPI)

• Working with the creation and maintenance of standard worksheets

• compliance with test and maintenance plans and corrective measures

• Ensure the required quality requirements

• Cooperation in CVP and BVW projects

• Springer activity / collaboration as a substitute for absence

• Enlargement of tasks and activities may be necessary for the exercise of the body

• Completed at least 3-year professional training for the toolmaker/mechanic, preferably cutting and forming technology or comparable qualification

• Basic theoretical knowledge of mechanics, forming technology and material engineering

• English skills desirable

• Secure handling of the software ( MS Office, Outlook, etc.)
