In order to help even more patients, we regularly need reinforcement of dedicated and highly qualified employees with personality. The DKMS Donor Center is a wholly owned subsidiary of DKMS. The Donor Center has the primary tasks of donor registration, donor care and donor placement.

In the Donor-Patienten Contacts department, the team supports you in the long-term care of donors: women, patients: women and partners. They function as a communication interface between donors:inside and patients, they process their concerns after stem cell donation has taken place. In addition to these tasks, you can also contact donors as a feedback manager (m/w/d) who complain or have medical complaints after donation has been made.

We are looking for a coordinator (m/w/d) donor patients Contacts and feedback management at the next possible time in the team Feedback Management, full-time and indefinite, for our Donor-Patienten Contacts department in Tübingen.

Social worker/Pedagogical scientist as coordinator (m/w/d)

• Care of stem cell donors: inside after donation
• Processing of donation feedback, etc. in cooperation with the extraction center and interface departments
• Treatment of patient:internal follow-up requests and information of donors:inside
• Letter forwarding, if necessary with translation (German/English)
• Address exchange between donors:inside and patient:in accordance with the applicable anonymity rules
• Care of donors: in preparation for a personal meeting in close cooperation with the press, possibly also globally with other DKMS locations
• Processing of projects in the areas of the department

OUR REQUIREMENTS:

• Successfully completed studies (Bachelor/Berufsakademie); preferably in the areas of social work, pedagogy, linguistics or communication
• At least 2 years of professional experience; preferably in work areas with a high proportion of counselling and communication *Expressed contact and communication strength and very high empathy for donors:inside and patient:inside
• Very good knowledge of the conduct of difficult discussions and conflict management
• Very good organization skills and very high stress resistance
• Good knowledge of MS Office applications
• Very good knowledge of English and good medical knowledge
