Team Leader Accounting - Focus on Annual Financial Statements and Group (m/f/d)

Creation, analysis and evaluation of quarterly and annual accounts including preparation of key indicators for reporting Completion of consolidated financial statements leadership, motivation and further development of the annual financial management team and Ensuring efficient workflows and clear organisational structures Processing and monitoring of the annual financial statements schedule as well as ensuring a timely and high-quality implementation of the annual financial statements process Coordination of balance sheet issues and coordination of cooperation with internal specialist departments and external contacts Organisation and supervision of audit including coordination of the necessary documentation and monitoring of the requirements lists Creation and coordination of documents for the urban group Control and support of projects in financial and accounting as well as participation in digitization, development and optimization of existing processes and interfaces Support for financial planning and monitoring of loans

Successfully completed commercial training with a further education on the balance sheet holder (IHK), a completed study of the business economy with a focus on finance, accounting or accounting, or a comparable qualification Multiannual professional experience in financial and accounting, ideally in the energy industry Knowledge gained in the preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual accounts and in the assessment of balance sheet issues Ideally experience in the further development and optimization of financial processes as well as in project management Safe handling of current MS Office applications as well as experience with ERP systems, preferably Microsoft Dynamics NAV Independent, structured and solution-oriented mode of operation Joy in varied and demanding tasks as well as the willingness to develop professional and personal skills Embossed team and communication skills as well as safe and binding occurrence to internal and external contact persons Ideally leadership experience or first experience in the professional or disciplinary leadership of employees
