For a leading company in the field of facility management and technical building services, we are now looking for a Haustechniker refrigeration (m/w/d) in full time for the Dresden site. Your tasks as a domestic engineer refrigeration technology:

• Care and safety of non-destructive operation of building systems with a focus on refrigeration technology
• Contact for customers, users and internal interfaces on site
• Maintenance, testing and maintenance
• Diagnosis of technical disorders and independent execution of repairs
• Control of plant functions and performance of safety checks
• Support for commissioning and technical instructions for users
• Coordination and monitoring of subcontractors and external service providers
• preparation of test logs, service reports and maintenance of technical plant documentation

Your profile as Haustechniker refrigeration technology:

• Completed training as a mechatronic for refrigeration technology (m/w/d), refrigeration equipment manufacturer (m/w/d) or comparable qualification
• Practical experience in technical building operation desirable
• Ready to call and occasional emergency services
• Class B driving licence
• Ideally occupational medical suitability such as G20/G25
• Good knowledge in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
