Healthcare Team Leader (m/f/d)

Target and process control: development and derivation of targets for the field of expertise and the group as well as participation in standards, guidelines, processes and success control. Leadership and personnel development: technical and disciplinary leadership, allocation of tasks, cooperation in budget planning and implementation of employee and development talks. Responsibility for ready-to-use practices and medical devices/SmED: Responsibility for medical devices and SmED (Structural medical assessment in Germany), preparation of processes and standards, consultation of stand-by practices and organisation of training. Organisation of the standby service: control of the organisation of the standby service, support of the standby practices and responsibility for the operation of KV-own standby practices. Events and training: Planning and organisation of events and training on standby services, SmED and medical devices.

Education: a completed study, preferably in the field of health care/administrative services/BWL, a specialist in health care, business economists or business professionals (m/w/d) or a comparable qualification Experience: ideally professional experience in a corresponding field of activity, basic knowledge and understanding of the key tasks and processes of the KV as well as the basic principles of health care, general knowledge in social security law and quality management as well as deeper knowledge in project, process, practice and regulation management Personality: decision-making, goal-oriented, resilient, communicative as well as assertive and team-ready Working methods: reliable and proactive action as well as solution and service-oriented behaviour
