You create the monthly pay bill with KidiCap for a defined group of employees You maintain and update employee-related master data and take care of all changes reliably You transfer time economic data from Time Office, check supplements and allowances and clarify billing-relevant questions about call and standby services They carry out the reporting, the same data continuously with the health insurance funds, and they process payment payments and grants to the sickness benefit You are available to our employees as a competent contact person for social insurance, charge- and time-relevant questions You have all the important dates in mind (e.g. sampling times, deadlines, retirement entrances) and take care of interruptions such as employment bans, maternity protection and parental leave

A completed commercial training or a degree as a social security specialist or tax specialist Insufficient professional experience in pay billing – ideally in a collective environment Funded knowledge in a wage billing programme (ideally KidiCaP) Experiences with an Electronic Time Recording Tool (e.g. Timeoffice) are advantageous A careful way of working, sense of responsibility and timeliness Team skills and customer orientation naturally belong to this
