For our market partner & customer service department, we are looking for a:n contract manager:in network economy in an indefinite job in full time (part time with at least 19.5 hours/week possible).

Analysis and implementation of the regulatory environment Ensuring legal and timely contract management, including the decision on adjustments based on legal or regulatory requirements Responsibility for the maintenance and updating of contract and master data, including the negotiation, conclusion and management of contracts in market roles VNB and MSB Support for communication with market partners through front and back office activities as well as processing of clarification and complaints Creation and standardisation of internal processes as well as market partner information on network use and measurement site operation in order to fulfil contractual obligations and to avoid legal disputes Monitoring of legal changes and requirements in the field of networking, deriving recommendations for action and consulting the specialist areas in the implementation Responsibility for compliance with legal and regulatory requirements and the strategic orientation of contract design and market partner processes Decision on the integration of external experts and the implementation of measures taking into account the requirements of the liberalised energy market

Professional qualification: You have a successfully completed study with the focus on economic law, law, business, energy, or a comparable subject – or you have comparable knowledge and experience. Required expertise: Ideally, you could gain first experience in contract management or network management. Management competencies: Entrepreneurship, willingness to perform, negotiation skills, thinking in options/options, self-initiative, time and self-management as well as willingness to take responsibility are the key to you. Social competences: You are customer-oriented, think and trade economically, communicate clearly and convincingly, work in the team and bring a cooperative and conflictable behavior.
