Our product team develops AI-based customer service solutions for the 1&1 control center. With structured tests and data-based analyses, you can make our chatbots more understandable, helpful and reliable. Their findings flow directly into the continuous development of our Conversational AI solutions. Testing chatbot dialogues, prompts and AI-generated answers based on realistic usage scenarios and quality assessment. Develop structured test cases and perform functional and qualitative tests of new and existing chatbot functions. Analyze quality and usage indicators in dashboards to identify strengths, weaknesses and optimization potentials of our Conversational AI solutions. Documenting results and deriving data-based recommendations for the further development of dialogues, prompts and user experience. Enthusiasm for Generative AI, Chatbots and Conversational AI. Fun to systematically test AI solutions, question critically and continuously improve their quality.
