Our children's home on the old oak: is a health education residence for young people with severe multiple disabilities. In the KAE, a regulated daily and weekly structure forms the framework of daily work. This framework gives children and young people the necessary level of safety and security. An important part of our work is to provide the best possible care as well as to allow us to engage in the life of the individual young people. We create contact with the client, maintain contact with the families and develop rituals that do good to children and young people.

Your tasks:

• They serve up to 8 children and young people aged 9 to 18 in a team of up to 8 employees. The service is stationary. The services include the following times: Early service 6:00 – 13:30 and late service from 13:00 – 21:00. We have our own team for night services.
• Careful support and organization of everyday life, planning and implementation of care, education and care services
• Proper daily documentation of the individual development process and the measures
• Support for interdisciplinary cooperation, estimating communication and interaction with family members
• Team-oriented co-design of a trusted working and living environment

Your profile:

• Apprentice, Nurse, Nurse, Nurse, Nurse, Nurse, Nurse, Specialist in Health Care, Nurse Nurse, Nurse nurse, Nurse teacher (m/w/d)
• The well-being of children and young people entrusted to us is your most important task
• They have good nerves, are active, patient and have a friendly, facing appearance

Your future place of work:

• The KAE at the Meckenheimer Ortsrand is easily accessible by car. They are in a few minutes on A 61 or in Bonn or Euskirchen. For the Meckenheimer, the bike is also a good alternative due to the flat area. Directly adjacent is a small forest piece that the group regularly uses for a walk.

• Collective remuneration according to BAT-KF of EUR 3,615,11 – EUR 4,636,68 gross, depending on professional experience and training, plus holiday, weekend and night-time allowances (next collective increase in May 2026)
