Legal Assistant (m/w/d)

is a full-service business law firm, which is one of the TOP law firms in Germany with around 100 professionals in five locations.

We are looking for a full-time job for our office in Hamburg

Work in an agile team and dive into exciting legal areas with national and international clients Support our lawyers in creating fonts, legal opinions and contracts Examine the time-limit and post-processing and the installation and management of electronic mandate files Process cost fixings and invoices for our clients Professional correspondence with clients, courts and authorities Coordinate the activities of our team members ( lawyers, academic staff, lecturers & student assistants) Travel organization & settlement of travel costs

Successfully completed training as a lawyer specialist Multiannual professional experience within a firm or an economically consulting company Self-employed work – after consultation also on a mobile basis – engagement in the team and the desire for change are your strengths Very good knowledge of German and good knowledge of English complete your profile
