As a central interface, you coordinate the written and telephone communication with law firms and insolvency firms, information offices and our customers You are the central contact person for legal questions and agree closely with our company's own firm on ongoing processes and open cases Inquiries and legal writing of our customers and sales partners professionally, service-oriented and with the view for pragmatic solutions You support our receivable management in enforcing open receivables and work confidently with internal and external contacts The examination and processing of attorney's bills is in your area of responsibility In the area of insolvency management, you take over the correspondence with insolvency administrators and report claims to the insolvency table Edit and monitor insolvency cases independently and assist in the audit and defence of insolvency enforcement You introduce your ideas, identify potential for improvement and actively contribute to projects to optimize processes in the field of demand and justice

Senior Consultant (m/w/d) Multiannual professional experience (e.g. in a firm, a tax office or insolvency administration) Ideally, you have completed further training in bankruptcy or contract law Good MS Office knowledge (in particular Excel and Word) A communication-strong and contact-loving personality characterises you You are team-ready, reliable and efficient You have good written and oral expressions Excellent knowledge of German in word and writing complete your profile
