The Margerita House in Chamerau (Landkreis Cham) is a professionally competent care facility for mentally ill people with over 40 years of experience in the care, care and promotion of psychosocial life processes. You accompany mentally ill people in everyday life and support them in everyday design, living structure and personal stabilization You participate in the implementation of individual care and assistance plans and support psychosocial measures You work in activation and employment offers (e.g. social, cultural or everyday activities) You document professionally and work closely in the team of care, care and pedagogy You promote a trustworthy and value-assurance relationship with the clients:inside and accompany them in phases of stabilization and resource activation

Start your studies at the IU with (special) abitur, a qualified professional degree or as a national. Technicians:in/operator:in You can prove German skills according to language level B2 You bring interest in working with people with mental illness You respond to clients: empathically, responsibly and respectfully You work structured, team-oriented and independent You are motivated to get to know and shape psychosocial processes You are open to an appreciative, resource-oriented way of working and want to combine theory and practice in dual study Career prospects: If you have successfully passed the final exam, you have the possibility to take over to a permanent job. You can develop professionally in the field of psychosocial care or in supporting work areas of integration aid. In the long term, you will be able to develop and further training within an established care facility with a multi-professional team.
