IT Dispatcher and Service Control (m/w/d)

The Service Center Munich ensures decentralized service provision and a permanent representation of BWI GmbH on site in the properties of the Bundeswehr. In addition, the Service Center processes defined task packages within the framework of projects and provides on-site service at the BWI internal IT.

Acceptance, qualitative testing and further processing and disposition of technician applications

Timely and economically efficient disposition of orders as well as compliance and monitoring of agreed service levels

Tool-based control and support of service technicians for order filling

Technical, economic and terminological feasibility planning

Communication between customers, foreign companies, internal interfaces

Support for organisational and administrative tasks

Working in optimization projects

Complete vocational training in the IT sector or a comparable qualification

At least three years of relevant professional experience in the area of dispatch / disposition / coordination / scheduling

Embossed IT affinity and sound knowledge with ticket systems, service times (SLAs), IT processes and MS office

Remarkable: knowledge in the field of IT management networks (LAN, WAN, WLAN) and experience in quality management Knowledge of the peculiarities of the customer Bundeswehr of advantage

Individual initiative, organisational skills, good team and communication skills as well as customer and quality orientation Flowing German knowledge in word like writing and driving licence class B
