Your responsibility with us: Responsibility for the associated production areas including employees, machines, processes and products Ensuring a smooth production process while maintaining quality, time and quantity specifications Professional and disciplinary leadership, training and further development of employees as well as implementation of personnel discussions Efficient personnel deployment planning taking into account capacities, holiday periods and disease-related outages Analysis, development and optimization of production processes as well as team processes in close coordination with the operating management and the adjacent departments Ensuring compliance with all relevant legal, regulatory and internal quality and hygiene standards Responsibility for correct documentation, traceability and bookings in the goods management system Monitoring, evaluation and control of relevant production characteristics for continuous improvement of processes Coordination and communication with interactive interfaces as well as external contacts
