You help our investment teams integrate and develop AI solutions into existing work processes You are actively working on the automation of application checks, processing and e-mail and telephone processes You test new AI tools as a power user and introduce your own optimization ideas You create and review presentations, publications and reporting using modern AI applications In the development of dashboards and KPI visualizations for our inventory controlling

Start your studies at the IU with (special) abitur, a qualified professional degree or as a national. Technicians:in/operator:in You can prove German skills according to language level B2 You are pleased to try out new technologies and AI tools and apply them in practice You think analytic and enjoy understanding processes and making them smarter and more efficient You count on your strengths of organizing talent, stress resistance and team skills You are open to new ideas, work structured and bring the willingness to take responsibility in projects You are safe in handling MS Office programs You have first programming knowledge (no need) – more importantly, your curiosity and the will to work on you in new applications You have a general interest in financial markets, economic relationships and modern investment solutions You can communicate clearly and work with the team to drive digital innovations in the investment department together Career prospects: With successfully completed studies, you have the chance to take over and develop attractive opportunities in our investment department. You can move towards Project Manager:in or Referent:with a focus on AI-based processes and projects. With increasing experience, you have the opportunity to be responsible for your own digitalization and automation projects and to act as a central contact person for AI-based process optimization.
