As part of our succession planning, we are looking for a team management (m/w/d) personnel support and billing. You are the first contact person for our executives and employees in all questions concerning the staff support from A to Z. You lead professionally and disciplineally approx. 14, often parttime employees and develop them further. You operate operationally and work with your team routined and safe to ensure the implementation of all personnel management processes and pay billing to high quality standards. You are responsible for, optimise and develop personal systems such as SAP HCM and accompany the introduction of SAP SuccessFactors. You ensure the legally and collective implementation of all requirements and act as a central contact person for audits, audits, authorities and social security institutions.

Graduated (university) degree, preferably in the field of business management or business informatics with further education or specialization in the field of personnel, alternatively successfully completed training as a personnel specialist (m/w/d) or social security specialist (m/w/d). You have relevant professional experience in pay billing and personnel management, including sound knowledge in collective bargaining, tax, social security, supplementary and labour law, and ideally in TVöD. You bring multi-year leadership experience and have extensive expertise in the pay billing with SAP HCM as well as the technical implementation of various collective agreements and business agreements. You enjoy dealing with people and figures and convince with a balanced mix of enforcing strength and fingertips in cooperation with management, executives and employees. You work independently, structured and service-oriented, communicate value-estimatingly with your interlocutors and have a pronounced solution orientation.
