Own acquisition and sale of logistics and industrial properties as well as maintenance of sales orders Professional and reliable customer support from the initial language to the development of marketing documents to the completion of the transaction Creating marketing concepts and accompanying contract discussions independent presentation with customers and within the team Close cooperation with real estate brokers in the rental area Support in demanding day-to-day business and projects Administrative activities (such as continuous maintenance of our CRM system)

Successfully completed property-specific training or study or comparable Multiannual well-founded experience in the distribution of commercial properties High affinity for logistics and real estate Routinized handling of MS Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and a common CRM database system High quality awareness Impressed desire for performance and success, entrepreneurial thinking and diplomatic skills Self-responsible operation and sense of responsibility German and English language skills in word and writing
