You have a successfully completed university degree (Diplom/ Bachelor/Master) of the Department of Architecture, Civil Engineering, Engineering, Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Real Estate Administration, Business Informatics, Economic Law, Economics, Law, Administration or a comparable discipline or You have the skills for the category 2.1 in the Landesverwaltung NRW or are already in the category 2.1 in the Landesverwaltung NRW.
