Global Mobility (Senior) Expert (m/f/d)

You are an expert:in international personnel operations and the related tax, social insurance and labour law requirements – from A1 certifications to visas to business premises risks? Are you bringing well-founded project and HR compliance experience in an international environment, working strategically, and solution-oriented, but also enjoying operational tasks and the holistic and independent implementation of processes? Then use the chance and become part of the HR Global Mobility Team with the focus on International Business Traveler at Munich. You take the following main tasks: Coordination, operational implementation and monitoring of employment-contractual, social insurance, tax and immigration law as well as security-relevant processes or Rules (Visa and Work Permits, EU declaration, A1 message or Certificate of Coverage, Tax Principles, Security Briefing Supporting and consulting our international employees, executives and internal stakeholders in cross-border deployment scenarios as well as taking over escalation management and change communication Funded, risk-oriented assessment of (complex) issues in the above-mentioned areas in the context of global business processes and the development and implementation of practical solutions in close cooperation with, for example, Corporate Tax, Payroll, Legal, Business and (International) HR Further development of policies, risk logics and compliance processes as well as project-based optimization and digitization of existing and new global mobility processes including implementation of a new International Business Traveler Tools Active participation in the definition and introduction of harmonised, global HR standards at international Roland Berger locations within the meaning of a Center of Expertise

Economic or legal studies or comparable qualifications Multiannual professional experience in Global Mobility, Business Travel Compliance, Expat Tax or International HR Compliance Safe handling of labour, social insurance and immigration regulations and principles of tax law Embossed analytical and structured way of working, good judgment in risks and regulatory requirements as well as agile, solution- and service-oriented way of thinking High digital competence and interest in developing and using innovative tools and processes Safe occurrence, diplomatic skill and communication strength, especially in challenging situations at different levels Joy of self-responsible work in a dynamic, intercultural environment German and English skills and very good MS Office skills
