As the oldest brewery in Munich, we combine tradition and modernity. In our listed building in the heart of Munich we are brewing today with the most modern equipment technology. Monitoring the quality of beer and drink in gastronomy Consultation and support of restaurants on beer care and quality guidelines Conducting training at our customers Planning, design and removal of slender systems and mobile drainage

Completed study for the Dipl.-Ing. Brauwesen / Dipl. -Braumeister (m/w/d) or comparative degree, also with completed training as brewers (m/w/d) and maltrees (m/w/d) Completed course on the ‘enabled person’ for beverage slimming plants or the willingness to complete it Experience in Schankanlagenbau Good knowledge of Italian and English mandatory Secure and communication-strong appearance at the customer readiness to frequent travel abroad (at least four days / week, including Italy, Austria and the UK) and flexible working hours in the field of external services
