In Fürth, we are looking for a dedicated CNC machine operator (m/w/d), who has the pleasure of controlling and monitoring production processes. You will work in a varied 3-layer system, using advanced technologies to produce high-quality products.

• Operation and monitoring of CNC machines to ensure production quality
• independent troubleshooting and maintenance of machines
• Performance of quality controls on manufactured products
• Optimization of production processes and active cooperation in improvement measures
• Documentation of ongoing manufacturing and compliance with safety regulations

We are looking for

To be successful as a CNC machine operator (m/w/d) in Fürth, you should bring a passion for technology and precision. A certain degree of experience as a plant leader, production staff or production assistant is advantageous, but not absolutely necessary. Important is your motivation to work into the processes and work in shift operation.

• Ideally first professional experience in CNC machining
• Technical understanding and interest in machinery and manufacturing processes
• Ready to work in the 3-shift system
• Reliability, teamability and independent work
• Basic knowledge of measuring and testing equipment
