For our Daily Banking Business Unit in Tribe Payment Solutions, we are looking for you in full or part time as Scrum Master Payment Solutions (m/w/d) in Aschheim from 30 hours a week. Your activity is assigned to the Chapter/Squad credit card. Here you work with 9 colleagues across the site and with various interfaces.

Tasks with perspectives

For the flow of information between Product Owner and Team, you also act as a mediatorin, motivatorin and visionary*in and drive the continuous improvement process. You accompany and moderate Scrum events, eliminate impediments and see yourself in responsibility for effective team cooperation. You create a coexistence that is characterized by an open and collaborative working atmosphere in which you resolve conflicts in the team and inspire for common goals. You not only convey the agile values and methods to your team, but you also live the corresponding principles. You understand motivating teams to self-organisation and promoting self-responsibility.

Personality with profile

You have a completed study of (economic) informatics or business management as well as several years of relevant professional experience as Scrum Master, ideally in application development or a comparable qualification. Your knowledge of the agile methodology (Bsp. Scrum/SAFe) and the Atlassian Tools (Confluence and Jira) are well-founded and ideally you have a certification as Scrum Master. You have pronounced leadership properties with a cooperative leadership style (Servant Leader) for agile teams. You have knowledge of German (at least C1 level) and good English (B2 level). You will fit into the team especially when you strive for the agile values with us: focus, openness, respect, courage and commitment. You have pronounced problem-solving skills and bring an agile and delivery-oriented mindset by thinking and trading customer-centric.
