Property Management / Facility Manager Building Technology - Düsseldorf / Münster (m/f/d)

You take care of our objects and projects in the Düsseldorf area and ensure a smooth technical building operation. In addition, you are responsible for the support of a judiciary prison in Münster, a challenging and safety-relevant project with particular importance. You plan, control and monitor operations, property-related services and the use of external service providers and ensure trouble-free operation of the objects. You are central to our customers and our regional location management. You keep in mind costs and budgets and bear the economic responsibility for your objects. You lead the object team from local engineers and develop this professionally. You identify optimization potentials in technical building operations and implement improvement measures together with your team.

You have completed their studies in Facility Management, Building Technology, Supply Technology, Real Estate Management or a comparable field of expertise. Alternatively, you will bring a completed technical training with a further education to the master or technician. You have several years of professional experience in the object management, in the technical building management or in the facility management. You convince by organisational skills, communication strength and a secure occurrence to customers, authorities, service providers and employees. You have technical and commercial understanding as well as experience in managing services and subcontractors. You work independently, structured and solution-oriented and are happy to take responsibility. You bring the willingness to work regularly 2 to 3 days per week in Münster on site in addition to the projects in the Düsseldorf area. Ideally, you already have experience in complex or safety-critical operating environments.
